Toby Marshall received an award recently for aiding older workers in finding a job (great award, shame about the photo!). This achievement has been recognised by the Adage organisation. The award was presented by the then Federal Minister for Workforce Participation, Dr Sharman Stone. Toby and Sam Leon received this award due to their XMs campaign, which aids businesses realise the potential of having mature aged workers in their company.
